Dorothy Lucks Co-Chair EVALSDGs Executive Director, SDG Global |
Dorothy is an active member of the Australasian Evaluation Society (AES), involved in the AES Professional Learning Committee and Strategic Engagement Taskforce. Since 2014 she has represented AES on the IOCE Board and the EvalPartners Management Group. Dorothy is the Executive Director of SDF Global, a social enterprise with a focus on sustainable development. She works internationally as an evaluator and strategic advisor to UN, World Bank and Asian Development Bank programs. Dorothy is passionate about sustainable development, which prompted her involvement as Co-chair of the EvalSDGs network, an initiative of EvalPartners and UNEG which aims to provide a platform for collaboration and advocacy around evaluation of the SDGs. |

Ada Ocampo Co-Chair EVALSDGs Senior Evaluation Specialist, UNICEF |
Ada proudly represents UNICEF on EvalPartners Management Group. She has been involved in the creation of EvalPartners since its inception. She is one of the founders of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) and of the Latin America Evaluation Network (ReLAC). Ada is Sr. Evaluation Specialist at UNICEF’s New York Headquarter Evaluation Office. Ada has worked in various agencies on national evaluation capacity development, networking and south- south cooperation in evaluation of the UN since 1996 namely IFAD, UNFPA, UNDP and UNICEF in evaluation related activities. Ada strongly believes in the power of partnerships and EvalPartners’ role to position evaluation for a better world. |
Brook Boyer Vice co-chair EVALSDGs Director of the Division for Strategic Planning and Performance, UNITAR

Brook Boyer is the Director of the Division for Strategic Planning and Performance of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Brook has accumulated some 22 years of experience in the fields of programme management, strategic planning, performance measurement, monitoring and evaluation, and training and research. For the past 16 of these years, he has worked for United Nations organizations.
He is a member of various professional associations, including the American Evaluation Association and the Association for Talent Development (formally the Association for Training and Development). He is also the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) Head at UNITAR. In 2018, he was appointed as a Vice Co-chair of the EVALSDGs network. |
Kassem El Saddik Vice co-chair EVALSDGs International Program Coordinator, EvalPartners |
Kassem El Saddik is a program evaluator, preparing his PhD in public policy at Carleton University, Canada. He has extensive experience in institutionalizing and deploying M&E systems in the public sector and contributed to setting up the Performance Management Framework for the Government of Dubai. He played a leadership role in the UNEP-facilitated regional and global lobbying and consultation meetings around environmental institutional reform and Sustainable Development Agenda 2030. He is a founder and a board member of the MENA Evaluation Network and the Lebanese Evaluation Society. He is currently Vice Chair of the EVALSDGs initiative and co-organizing the MENA Evaluation Conference 2016. |
